I highly recommend Griff, he is the ONLY realtor I will use. My husband and I bought/ built a new house all while welcoming a new baby. Thank god for Griff, he made the entire process so seamless. Griff helped us decipher the complicated contract, negotiate on our behalf and was in constant communication with the builder and us. He is not only the expert in real estate but is also so knowledgeable in construction. He was onsite with us during all walkthroughs and was able to identify problems with house we would have never seen. We had so many issues with the builder and Griff handled everything on our behalf. Griff was the best partner we could have asked for, we could not have done it without him! Whether you are buying a new home or an older home Griff is absolutely the best realtor out there! Growing up in Colorado his whole life, he brings a unique sense of our local history as well as insights into key developments that help bring strategic decisions to perspective buyers in the area. Griffin was patient and thoughtful during the whole process as my wife and I had lots of questions, and wanted to see lots of properties around the Denver Metro area. I think we ultimately looked at about 12 different properties in different cities, counties, and zip codes until we finally settled on one that hit all of our wish list needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Griffin, as he is an incredible Realtor.  As a first time home buyer, I was not only unsure about the ins and outs of the real estate purchasing process, but also had trouble identifying what kind of home was right for me.  On top of that, I was new to the Denver area and had just started a new job after my military service.  Despite all perceived challenges, Griffin demonstrated an exemplary performance which allowed for a seamless transition into a new home. What sets Griffin apart from others is his unique ability to genuinely place himself in his client’s shoes and help aid in their decision making.  His altruistic personality becomes apparent through the patience he devotes to his clients, as well as his willingness to make himself available whenever is needed.
